Peter arranges a marriage with Lucy and a neighboring ruler. She reluctantly agrees to the marriage to bring piece to Narnia and the other kingdoms. Meanwhile, Caspian ends his betrothal to the Star's daughter after he realizes his mistake of not asking Peter for Lucy's hand in marriage. Lucy loves Caspian and remembers the times they spend together fondly, but knows they can never be together.
Susan and Caspian rekindle their romance, but Caspian does not love Susan anymore.
