Many of you will want to live or move to Sarasota Florida. Sarasota was after all named the best place to live per US News. But every place in the world will have its pros and cons, advantages and disadvantages. In this video, I will tell you about my top pros and cons from my own perspective. This I love absolutely have to do with all of Sarasota's main attractions and of course the warm weather year-round. There are also exciting initiatives that are evolving the area for the better including The Bay Sarasota, downtown Wellen Park in Venice Florida, and Waterside Place in Lakewood Ranch Bradenton / Sarasota. Unfortunately, living in SQ Florida you will have to deal with hurricanes and red tide on the gulf coast and red tide in Sarasota - just some of the negatives to account for which I will speak through.
