For those who LOVE chocolate chip cookies, this cake is for you! Steer away from a traditional stacked cake and try something new. We made several batches of chocolate chip cookie dough with mini marshmallows to make all of these cookie cakes. Use round or square cake pans to bake your cookies. Choose a softer cookie dough recipe if you don't want the edges to get too crunchy. We did not use supports for this cookie cake due to the sturdiness of the tiers. If your cookies are soft, be sure to add supports to prevent the top tiers from sinking in. This cake can be created for any theme party and is also great for non-traditional wedding cakes!
