Hello welcome to my kitchen!
Today's video I am sharing this another simple yet yummy dish called Adobong Tilapia. This recipe dish is very easy easy to cook and you only need simple ingredients that you can easily find in your kitchen. This dish is a perfect partner for white steam rice, if you don't like to eat rice just boiled veggies like cabbage, spinach, camote tops or any green leafy veggies, it's up to you.

Ingredients:
2 pc medium size Tilapia (about ¾ kg)
1 thumb ginger
8 cloves garic
Half onion any kinda ( i used white onion)
3 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoon chicken power
2 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 pc bayleaves
⅓ cup water
1pc red chili (optional)

Note: Lahat ng sukat ng ingredients ay nakadipende sa dami ng lulutuin nyo at sa inyong panlasa. Puwede po kayong magbawas o magdagdag sa mga nabanggit na ingredients.
