I'm Lidia Buzek. I was 47 when my husband died. I was numb, shattered and at a loss as to how I could ever carry on.

For 5 years, I struggled to get my life back. I tried doing it on my own (spoiler alert: time does NOT make it all go away). I tried grief groups, self-help books, and therapists. But none of those showed me how to survive the grief.
