Step-1
Cook the Mutton :-
Mutton-1kg
Onion -2(medium)
Olive oil -3tbs
Cardamom green -3
Cardamom black-1
Cinnamon -3
Cloves -4
Pepper corn -1tsp
Cumin seed -1tsp
Bay leaves-2
Dry lemon -2
Green chilli -3
Cumin pdr -1tsp
Arabic Masala pdr -2tsp
Turmeric pdr -1/2tsp
Coriander pdr -2tsp
Tomato purée -1cup
Tomato paste -2tsp
Finger&garlic-2tbs
Salt to taste
Hot water -2cups

Step -2
Roasted Carrots & Risins
Carrot -2cup
Risins -3/4cup(black &golden)
Olive oil-1/4cup

Step-3
Cook the Rice:-
Sella Basmati Rice-4cups
Hot water-5cups
Mutton stock -3cups
Green chilli -5
Cardamom pdr -1/2tsp
Pepper pdr -1tsp
Salt to taste
