Some clarifications on where i based my rankings on:

OE - tDN stg rankings and forum posts on DJ/BMJ
SB/SD/Smasher/Sally/Phys/Tempest/BM/Elestra/GM/Buster/Saint/Destroyer/WW - Eden raid team
Inqui- some NA inqui named pogi
VP- Me piloting NA VPs in gust/FDN HC
Impactor - theoretical calculations: ~90000% total skill dmg per every 7s
Randgrid - myself comparing dps to VP/ava/SB dps in gust
Ruina - myself comparing dps to my raid team
Defensio - myself
Ripper - myself comparing dps to my other characters
Raven/Ava - dps from other raid teams in SEA
Sniper - NA stg ranking + cDN dps
Flurry/Glad - NA + SEA stg ranking / dps in raids
Crusader - tDN/cDN stg/raid dps
SS- SEA Immortal SS + comparison between GM and SS in cDN
RM - Roce/UndeadRM
AW/BP/AH/LF - feedback from guildies/friends + my exp in those classes
Some classes don't have enough population for me to state the source (or too many classes i forgot to include). But basically i did look at the board dmg of the skills and how it works before ranking them at their current spots, also looked at stg rankings and stuff.
