Hi! Todays recipe is a Katsu chicken with a peanut Satay sauce- one of my favourites (this recipe has 17.6M views on TikTok!!) and I definitely think it lives up to the hype so I hope you try it!

Recipe :
2 Chicken Breasts
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp honey
Salt & pepper

1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1.5 cups panko bread crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp avocado oil

1 cup coconut milk
2 hefty tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp ginger

AIRFRYER: 390 for 8 mins, flip 400 for 2 mins
OVEN: Bake at 425 f for 25-30 mins flipping halfway through
