Was the Miners track the wrong choice? Mount Snowdon!

Mount Snowdon, miners track was it a mistake? What they don't tell you! We started by taking a a bus to Pen-Y-Pass. Being complete beginners we should maybe have taken a different/easier, path. We challenged ourselves, trained little, should we have gone up the Llanberis path?
We did not expect to be clambering up rocks rather than walking up a track. The description when you read up on it says challenging but we felt like mountain goats at times. It was such a challenge to us both so, did we take the easy way down and opt for the tram, return the way we came or take the Llanberis path. What we can tell you is. we made new friends, saw beautiful scenery, saw a couple who had just got engaged to be married at the peak.
This was a challenge Toni chose and the main reason the trip to Wales happened in our campervan.
Its not a challenge if its easy and we had fun and laughter as usual.
