Ensure seamless communication between your panel and ARC by performing a signalling test directly from your Texecom Cloud account. This end-to-end transmission verifies the panel's connection, streamlining your testing process and ensuring compliance with ARC requirements.

Step-by-Step Guide:
Login to Texecom Cloud.
Click on Site Management.
Click on Sites.
Select the Site.
On the overview page, Click on Trigger Manual Test Event. The Smartcom will send a manual test event to the ARC.
The results of the signal test will be displayed on the overview page.
To view the transmission details, click on Information.
Click Received Events.
Select the event.
Click View Message Details.
