It’s Day #13 of your ABSOLUTION 2024 Challenge! This Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) workout strengthens and sculpts the entire lower body and core using dumbbells, and optional kettlebells and mini bands. You’ll alternate between back to basics strength for 40 seconds, followed by a 30 second MetCon round.
