The consulting agreement provides for a fee of $8,000 CAD per month. The term of the services commences on June 30, 2022, and will continue on a monthly basis for a period of 12 months. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days written notice. The principal of Investment Publishing LLC was previously granted 150,000 stock options of the Company pursuant to an advisory agreement for his services as a consultant, which was announced by the Company on June 20, 2022. The options vest monthly in equal installments over 12 months.

The Company entered into a marketing services agreement (the "Investment Publishing Agreement") with Investment Publishing for the provision of investor relations and marketing services to the Company. Pursuant to the terms of the Investment Publishing Agreement, Investment Publishing will communicate information about the Company to the financial community in an effort to increase public awareness of the Company. The Investment Publishing Agreement is for an initial term of 12 months, commencing on May 1, 2024, and provides for a fee of $26,666 per month for the first six months and $10,000 for the six months thereafter. The Company and Investment Publishing may terminate the agreement at any time by mutual consent.

Mariusz Skonieczny, an expert in microcap and small-cap investments, brings extensive experience to this initiative. His efforts are expected to be instrumental in increasing LEEF's visibility.

On 11/29/2024 Mariusz Skonieczny received USD $10,000 from Leef Brands increase the reach of videos via Google Adverting. Stocks that trade on secondary exchanges like Canadian Securities Exchange receive so little liquidity that they tend to trade at depressed valuations. To combat such this disadvantage, Leef Brands has an IR budget to expose the company to more investors and build a supportive shareholder base.
