Fox 2.0 Reservoir Shock Rebuild Instructions - Servicing Step by Step

00:03 - Release nitrogen and remove valve core
00:08 - Loosen set screw
00:12 - Unscrew wiper cap
00:17 - Remove seal head circlip
00:25 - Remove shaft from shock body
00:33 - Remove reservoir cap circlip
00:41 - Remove reservoir cap
00:49 - Dump out old shock oil
01:00 - Remove IFP
01:11 - Clean shock body & reservoir
01:20 - Change IFP seal
01:32 - Fill with shock oil
01:38 - Reinstall IFP into reservoir
01:50 - Disassemble shim stacks, piston and seal heads
02:00 - Replace old seals on seal head and wiper cap
02:11 - Clean and reinstalled wiper cap, seal head, shim stacks & piston
02:30 - Bleed air from shock
02:40 - Reinstall retaining circlips & seal shock
03:00 - Install valve core & charge with nitrogen
