Film director Krishand talks to The New Indian Express - Kerala about his journey as a filmmaker, how he is familiar with every nook and cranny of Thiruvananthapuram and how he never thought he would do a film with Mohanlal. Krishand says that cinema has changed a lot in recent years and that now most filmmakers are concerned with grabbing the attention of the audience. He also talks about how he was named 'Krishand' and about why he wanted to 'brand' his name. The filmmaker talks about those films that are most personal to him and why his favourite 'lunch hour movie' is 'Mukundetta Sumitra Vilikkunnu'. 'I was a part of the Vijay fans association,' Krishand says, laughing.
