Teachable Moment - Spine Twist Supine on the AVALON

Rael Isacowitz teaches BASI Pilates Faculty member Natasha Barnard Spine Twist Supine on the AVALON. The objective of this exercise is spinal rotation and pelvic lumbar stabilization with muscle focus on the abdominals. Rael continues their session with variations on the abdominal work with spinal articulation.
