This may seem like another makeup tutorial, but in reality, I was on the verge of tears. So many of you have heard countless stories, seen many pictures, and watched videos of how close I am to my son and DIL. Their moving over 2000 miles away, is heartbreaking. I feel as if I have lost a part of myself. To know that the weekends and holidays will be forever changed. I know I am very blessed that they are just a phone call away, but I can't control that I still feel an emptiness inside. When Kurt was growing up, I always envisioned us remaining super close, him living just down the street, and me watching the grandkids. Those visions are now changed. I am sad to even think when he does have children, they will not know me very well. I just have to trust the process of what is planned for me here and pray for strength and guidance to get through the heartache. Time does heal, I have been through that enough to know, but it's the time getting there, that truly sucks.

I posted this video though, for you to see, social media is not all that it seems. You see perfect lives, fancy houses, trips, big smiles, and people having the time of their life. But I guarantee, once the camera is off, many have gone exactly where I was that day. Back to the reality of depression, sadness, and emptiness. So please try to be kind with your words, Please understand that we all have issues and problems. Rather it is from loss, financial, failed relationships, or separation from a loved one. We all will experience one of these things in our life, so think of how you would want someone to respond to you in those times. The old, but perfect saying. Treat others as you would like to be treated. All my love and big hugs to you that need it XOXOXO
