Hiiiii guys!! Here's a new what I eat in a day to lose weight! These meals helped me lose 25 pounds in 3 months! I hope this recipe inspo helps you!

GROCERY LIST
salsa
broccolini
strawberries
chicken thighs
turkey
eggs
sliced cheese
sourdough bread
yukon potato
basmati rice
kettle chips
chicken stock
tomato paste or Trader Joes italian bomba
cilantro
microgreens
onion
red bell pepper
tomato
jalapeño
spinach
light mayo

Breakfast Hash
Cut 1/4 onion, 1/4 red bell pepper, jalapeño (optional), 2 Yukon gold potatoes.
Cook potato at medium to low heat for 8-10 minutes
Add onions and peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add 2 cups of spinach cook for 2 minutes.
Remove Potato and veggies from heat and pour into serving bowl
Fry 1-2 eggs
Place egg on top of Potato & Veggies and bon appétit

Old Fashioned Sammich Lunch
Hard boil one egg
Pan sear turkey and cheese for 1-2 minutes on low heat
Toast sourdough bread
Plate and top with desired fruits and veggies
I love microgreens, tomato and light mayo

Chicken Thigh Dinner
Chop 3/4 onion, 3/4 bell pepper, one jalapeño
Season chicken thighs (i use Famous Daves Chicken Rub)
Sear chicken thighs on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side
Remove chicken thighs from pot
Add Onions & Peppers to pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes
Add 1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste (I use Trader Joes italian bomba) stir for 1-2 minutes)
Add 1 cup of rice and stir for 1-2 minutes
Add 1.75 cups of chicken broth and stir
Add chicken thighs and cover until broth comes to a boil
When broth comes to a boil, transition to low heat and cover for 20 minutes.
Rice should be soft and fluffly, plate with broccolini and enjoy
