The one who walks away just goes on with his / her life, while the one left behind struggle to deal with the rejection. The void left by the other person then becomes the centre of his / her existence. The person then declares his / her love through these longing words in a song. Because I’m a poet first, the words come easily. A thought will come to me after which I first write it in poetic form, then I turn it into lyrical form and make sure that the rhyme and rhythm work.
