Whale facts with Dr Vanessa Pirotta via Play School, ABC Kids

Dr Vanessa Pirotta proudly joins Play School to talk about her whale research and the importance of keeping the beach free of rubbish.

In the first segment, Vanessa joins presenters Emma Palmer and Alex Papps to talk about keeping our beach clean. Vanessa and Emma sing as they make turtle and sand crab patterns in the sand.

In the second segment (featured here), Vanessa and Alex explore the equipment used to study whales, including the famous whale snot drone!
