Setup: Players line up at the BL, the coach is behind the net with pucks, and the net is on the goal line in line with the face-off dot.

The coach rims the puck along the boards, the player skates down the boards, picks up the rim, and then scores a goal.

Progression: After you shoot on. the net, you play D for the next rep, D is activated once the offensive player picks up the rimmed puck.
