Erica helps people. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Counseling, and a Nationally Certified Counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors. She has been trained in many modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), HeartMath, Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and more.

She is a neuroscience- and trauma-informed strengths-based psychotherapist, mentor, trainer, and supervisor. Erica has worked in this field for over a decade and believes that we all have an innate ability to heal and each person has a unique pathway in which they get there. "I have a lot of energy and am very passionate about the work that I do. I show up authentically and ready to go wherever this journey is headed. " Erica states this very clearly - and it sure came out in our great talk together.
