Covered by lush greenery, rivers, mountains, forests, diversified culture, tribal life and exclusive cuisines, Assam stands as a wonderful travel destination. In this travel series of Assam we shall cover Kaziranga, Majuli Island , Shivsagar, Namphake and Dibru Saikhowa National Park.

Also we will take you to the mini Thailand of Assam. Yes friends, there is a very little known offbeat destination of Assam... Namphake Buddhist Village where resides people of Taiphake community, migrated from Myanmar in 1775. We shall also introduce you to the Dibru Saikhowa National Park which is famous for Wild Horses and surrounded by river on all sides.
