Oil-filled BEAST with "Real" Heat

Oil filled radiator style heater? This Dreo model has many advantages over typical heaters, but there are some downsides as well. Let's discuss them in this video, and remember, all these heaters use the same amount of power - fifteen hundred watts, but how they actually make use of that power is the difference makers.

The oil inside is heated up and radiates heat to your living space and body, without drying the air or using loud fans. The oil also stays hot long after the power is turned off, which is more efficient and can be useful in certain circumstances.

Of course this Dreo also has tip-over protection and over-heat protection, which you should look for regardless of what heater you buy. These features can prevent fires from tip overs and accidental smothering of the unit (from a blanket etc). Without these features, the unit will continue to run and run until it ignites - not good!

Cons include the weight, size, price, and slow warm up time, but do the advantages out-weigh the cons?
