This fourth video talks about the findings of the court as they pertained to Dr. Benjamin J. Albritton, the #ChildCustodyEvaluator in the #SaveJames Lawsuit.

I had to wait until I received the ruling that 255th District Court Judge Kim Cooks made on #SaveJames case. Even though I and others had attended the entire trial, we were barred from the courtroom on the day that Judge Cooks made her ruling. But now have the unofficial written ruling, I am free to comment on it, provide my observations from the trial, and critique the laws, policies, and procedures that could have led to the future chemical castration of a seven-year-old boy.

The prospect of such a fate for an innocent child shocked the conscience of a nation--and not merely our own nation, but other nations as well. As shocked as people were due to the egregious nature of the actions that James could have undergone, few people have commented on how the Texas (anti-) Family Code permits and enables such a result. Combined with the practices of divorce attorneys and judges, the lack of constitutional protections in family courts, and the willful ignorance of the practices of the courts and unwillingness to confront constitutional violations by our governor and others in positions of authority, families are being destroyed DAILY--so that the family destruction industry can continue.

#SaveJames, #SaveThousandsOfKids, is designed to wake up not just the people of Texas, but the people in the United States. We MUST ADDRESS THE EGREGIOUS UNCONSTITUTIONALITY OF THE TEXAS (ANTI-) FAMILY CODE AND THE PERVASIVE AND SYSTEMIC INJUSTICES AND ABUSES AMONG THE ACTORS IN THE #FAMILYDESTRUCTIONINDUSTRY.
