GIO - CHA LUA - Vietnamese pork roll - Morgane Recipes

The Vietnamese pork roll called Gio or Cha Lua is very popular in Southeast Asia countries. In Vietnam we can find it in the sandwiches called Banh Mi. It usually accompanies the Banh Cuon. In Laos we like eating it with sticky rice and there are many other ways to taste it. The traditional recipe that I show you is made with pork, but you can also make it with beef.
