'The Dean Forest Railway' Charter with 33012 + 4TC Set - DFR - 27/07/24

Under our newly renamed 'S.T.C Rail Productions' banner which was made on July 25th, we present the first video under the new name, which today focuses on the London Transport 4TC Set making a visit to the Dean Forest Railway, with D6515 (33012) 'Lt. Jerry Lewis RN' tagging along for the ride.

'The Dean Forest Railway' railtour charter ran from Basingstoke to Parkend, with 33012 taking the 4TC set along the four-mile heritage railway, and throughout the day, I chased it from station to station, managing to get all five stations filmed within one day alone, with help from my mum who drove the car from each station to get it, with good timing and pacing.

Prairie Tank 5541 made a small cameo appearance, while a diverted GWR Hitachi Bullet train was seen running through the mainline Lydney station by the level crossing, due to the Severn Tunnel being closed for the weekend for maintenance.
