Moist, tender and very delicious Lemon Pond Cake with Lemon Glaze. This cake just melts in your mouth and has fresh lemon flavour. You'll definitely love it!

Ingredients:
4 eggs, room temperature
zest of 4 lemons
150g sugar
170g plain flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
160g unsalted butter, warm

Lemon Glaze (optional):
150g icing sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice

Tin size: 27.5x11cm or smaller

Bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 35min. Brush the top and sides of the cake with the glaze. Return to the oven for 1 min. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
