CHEATING IN THE NAME OF EXCHANGE OF LEGAL MONEY WITH  BLACK MONEY
KEESARA POLICE ARRESTED FIVE MEMBER ORGANISED GANG OF KARIMNAGAR DISTRICT RECOVERED MORE THAN ONE CRORE DUMMY CURRENCY NOTES AND 1.3 LAKH ORIGINAL CURRENCY, ONE LUXURY CAR

           Keesara Police arrested five persons including a woman in connection with duping a person in the name of exchange of Black money with real money, Police recovered Mahindra Marazzo Car, Rs.1,30,000 net cash besides Rs. One Crore worth of dummy/filmy currency
 
BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE:
 
          On 03.09.2021 at 1400 hrs received a petition from Sri Narreddy Raji Reddy S/o Venkat Reddy, age: 44 yrs, Occ: Business, Caste: Reddy, R/o: H.No: 10-22/1/4, Rekurti(V), Kothapalli(M), Karimnagar dist in which he stated that, he came in to acquaintance with one Bhagyalaxmi  6 months ago, she said to complainant that she will help him in purchase the land in Shamirpet, Hyderabad at lowest prices for which she asked the complainant to get arrange Rs.5,00,000 towards advance. On 02.09.2021, the complainant withdrawn the money and started to Shamirpet in his car with his driver Jitendar, on the way he received a phone call from one Anwar stating that Bhagyalaxmi is unable to come to Shamirpet, so their person Azam will guide him and shared Azam’s mobile number. At around 1630 he met with Azam near Tandoor Hotel in Shamirpet, he shifted to Azam’s car along with the cash bag and left his driver and car there only. when they reached near Thimmaipally outskirts three persons among them one was in police uniform stopped the car and asked Azam and the complainant and   threatened them that they were carrying the black money, then they made the complainant to come out of the car and one person sat in the driver seat and five of them fled away from there along with the money leaving behind the complainant. After some time, the complainant reached Shamirpet by taking lift in a lorry and called Anwar and Bhagya, then they told him not to worry and will help him in getting his money back, but later they switched off their mobile phones, hence he requested to take necessary action.

             Basing on the compliant a case in Cr. No:544/2021 U/s  379, 420 IPC and investigation took up by the R.Babya Nayak, Addl Inspector of Police Keesara. During the course of Investigation Crime team led by R. Babya Nayak formed special teams to nab the accused, collected the crucial evidence of CCTV camera footages and other technical evidence
 
ARREST OF THE ACCUSED:   
          On 10.09.2021 at 1400 hrs, the crime team of Keesara apprehended the accused A-1 Mohd Azeez along with A2 Anwar Pasha, A3 Subhash Chandra Bose, A4 Nagaraju and A-5 Bhagya near Shamirpet ORR flyover. All the accused were brought to PS and on interrogation they confessed to commit this offence in Cr. No. 544/2021 U/s 379,420 IPC.

A-3 Taduka Subhash Chandra Bose s/o Sitharamulu, age 41years Occ: Production manager in film industry Caste: Goud r/o Ashok colony Sanathnagar


A-4 Marri Nagaraju S/o Satyanarayana, Age:28 yrs, Occ: Driver, Caste: Yadav, R/o: H.No.14/3,JNNURM Colony, Abdullapurmet (Vi)&(M ),Ranga Reddy (Dist).



A-5 Smt. Jangam Bhagya Laxmi S/o Late Yadagiri, Age:40 yrs, Occ: Pvt Nurse R/o: Karimnagar Court X Road, Karimnagar (Dist).


A-6 Ravinder Singh, R/o Karimnagar (Absconding)

A-7 Rajesh (Absconding)


 
RECOVERED/SEIZED PROPERTY:

2)    Net Cash of Rs.1,30,000/-

The above arrests were made under the supervision of Sri Mahesh M Bhagwat, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda Commissionerate, Sri. Sudheer Babu, Addl.Commissioner of Police, Kum.Rakshitha Krishna Murthy, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Malkajgiri Zone, under the direct guidance of Sri K. Shiva Kumar, Addl DCP Kushaiguda Division by Sri. J. Narender Goud, Inspector of Police Sri R. Babya Naik, Addl Inspector of Police, Sri.Jagan Reddy, SI of Police, Beekya Naik, ASI and the Crime party of Keesara PS.
