Increase Charging Capacity. The Powermaster 6G Series Alternator is a 100% new part and direct replacement for the factory alternators on 2004-2008 4.6L and 2004-2010 5.4L F-150s. Providing 130 amps at idle and a 200 amp maximum, this Alternator is an ideal option for the F-150 with an upgraded stereo system, auxiliary lighting upgrades or other accessories that will require extra power. As most factory alternators will only provide up to150 amps, this is a significant upgrade from stock. Rather than a re-built or remand OEM alternator, this is a brand new high performance part that features an aggressive black powder coat finish for the additional benefits of improved under hood styling.

Completely New – Not Re-Built. The Powermaster 200 Amp Alternator is a brand new part fully tested at the time of assembly and features an internal regulator and 5-groove serpentine pulley. With its high output, this Alternator will increase the F-150s charging capacity at all RPMS: 130 Amps at idle and 160 at regular cruising speed with a 200 amp-maximum.

Bolt-On Install. This is a direct fit replacement that will reuse the factory serpentine belt on original equipment 2004-2008 4.6L and 2004-2010 5.4L F-150s. With basic hand tools, the Powermaster 6G Series Alternator will install within approximately one hour. No mounting bracket modifications are required.
