The goal of this project was to bring a provided reference scene to life in a
real-time environment, staying true to its mood and purpose while aligning with brand identity. The focus was on carefully studying the scene and implementing it in a
way that preserved its atmosphere and function, therefore delivering a polished,
brand-consistent result efficiently.

The program is built for Windows and runs smoothly in real-time. It uses standard
mouse and keyboard controls for navigation. The following are the controls:
● Movement:
○ W – Move Forward
○ A – Move Left
○ S – Move Backward
○ D – Move Right
● Camera Navigation:
○ Mouse – Used to look around and control the camera viewpoint

Interactive Feature
● Console Access:
○ Press C to open/close the elegant console
○ Enables control over home ambience settings

1. Lighting Strategy
● Natural light maximised through layout design with a realistic HDRI skybox
one for day and night.
● Ambient and accent lighting for warmth and focus by using brand spotlights
for the ceiling and Timir stairway illumination.
● Supports smart, adaptive lighting aligned with intelligent living
spaces.
● To enhance the experience and showcase the motion sensor lighting
system, a motion sensor is installed in the lobby.

● Modern-minimalist, clean lines, warm tones
● Natural materials (wood, stone) for sophistication
● Modular, clutter-free layouts in line with aesthetics
● The design and layout are a replica of the existing scene, featuring similar assets and props, and adhering to the brand tone.

3. Software and Rendering Engine

● Blender for 3D modelling and layout visualisation
● Substance Painter for texturing and material definition
● Photoshop for quick custom texture requirements.
● Unreal Engine for real-time rendering and lighting previews
This toolset ensures high visual fidelity and an interactive design process.
