RECIPES & INSTRUCTIONS

Pumpkin Spice Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 tbsp pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
• ¼ oz maple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash cinnamon bitters
• Orange peel + cinnamon stick garnish

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir aggressively (pumpkin needs convincing).
3. Double strain into a rocks glass over a large cube.
4. Garnish with orange peel + cinnamon stick.

Apple Cider Bourbon Smash

Ingredients:
• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 oz apple cider
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz honey syrup
• 2–3 apple slices
• Ginger beer (to top)
• Apple fan or cinnamon stick garnish

Instructions:
1. Muddle apple slices with lemon juice + honey syrup.
2. Add bourbon + cider, shake with ice.
3. Strain into a Collins glass over nugget ice.
4. Top with ginger beer.
5. Garnish and admire your life choices.
