SICCI pays Homage to Kalaignar - Krishnaraj Vanavarayar, Chairman of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan

Krishnaraj Vanavarayar, former All India Chairman of Indian Cotton Mill Federation & present Chairman of Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan extolled the virtues of Kalaignar Karunanidhi. He said, "Kalaignar transcended generations & was compassionate about the needs of the industry, trade & commerc. He was both a dreamer & a doer. He envisioned grand plans & implemented them meticulously. He balanced all social & economic factors for a holistic & inclusive development. A tireless worker who took decisions based on rationality. Kalaignar was a great humanist who designed his own model of development. He further requested DMK President M.K. Stalin to establish 'Kalaignar Institute of International Business'. He concluded with a demand for a Bharat Ratna to honor Kalaignar's memory."
