Hello everyone! Welcome to our Mylo Family Channel! Getting a new life in this world isn't an easy talk or rather isn't a cake walk. Have you ever heard of painless labour? Well, how can you? There is nothing called painless labour. During labour pain, the mother has to go through a lot of pain and problems. A mother goes through this pain because for a child to come into this world, the expansion of the womb takes place.
Today, we are going to be telling you a few important and beneficial home remedies that will help in reduction of labour pain. However, along with this, you will also have to ensure regular walks of about 2 hours- in the morning and in the evening as well. These regular 2 hour walks in the morning and in the evening will help in reducing the labour pain.
Did you know that if a pregnant woman drink lemon shikanji or lemon juice every daylight from the 4th month to the date of the delivery, the pain during the delivery gets significantly reduced!
Also, if a pregnant woman consumes 25 grams of dry coconut and 25 grams of sugar every day, then her delivery becomes quite easy.
Don't we all know how important it is for a pregnant women to be fit and healthy? Therefore, in order to be in the best of health, all you need to do is soak 200 grams of almonds in water and then peel their skin off and dry them. Then take 50 grams of gond or tragacanth or acacia gum and fry it in ghee or clarified butter. Then, grind this and mix it with dried almonds. Lastly, add 250 grams of sugar in the mixture of almonds and acacia gum. Once this whole mixture is ready, you can store it in a jar and keep it aside and consume 2 spoons of this mixture every morning. You need to also drink sweet milk.
You need to remember to not consume any kind of food for about 2-3 hours once you consume this mixture. In the night time, once you finish your dinner, consume 2 spoons of this mixture again. If you take this mixture regularly, you will definitely remain fit and healthy.
Another way of reducing labour pains during delivery is to take 6 g of potassium nitrate, which is commonly called Saltpeter, 3 grams of saffron (kesar) and 60 grams of rose water. Now, take mortar and pestle and grind saffron and salt stone in it. Then add rose water in it and mix the entire mixture well. Whenever your labour pains start, warm this mixture and consume it like tea!
