Day #66 of my 2015 Eastern USA & Canada Tour and for this food challenge, I'm in Newport, Rhode Island at The Hungry Monkey Cafe. I'll be taking on their 15-Egg "King Kong" Breakfast Omelet Challenge and attempting to get my very first win in the state of Rhode Island.

The Hungry Monkey’s "King Kong" Breakfast Omelette Challenge ($28):

The breakfast challenge omelet features fifteen eggs along with various meats, vegetables, and four different cheeses topped with chili. The omelet is served with home fries (breakfast potatoes) on the side along with a few pieces of toast (white or wheat). Challengers have only 1 hour to finish everything. Winners receive the meal free along with a t-shirt and their name/photo gets posted up on Hungry Monkey's Wall Of Fame.
