Guests took part in an afternoon of confectionery creation and sweet sampling, led by the hotel's Executive Pastry Chef Anthony Stettler. In the pristine setting of Private Dining's open kitchen, Chef Stettler created a six course degustation menu paired with a selection of carefully chosen beverages to accentuate the flavours. With a moreish Mont Blanc made with meringue frozen in liquid nitrogen, and a strawberry mojito served in vessel made of ice, Chef Stettler provided a touch of entertainment to the day's culinary journey.
