He was murdered in a broad daylight at his tailoring shop in a market in Dhanmandi market area in Rajasthan’s Udaipur City in last week. As Kanhaiya Lal supported suspended BJP leader Nupur Sharma's statement he was threatened by the accused earlier and later killed.
