Beaudesert is a medium sized country town with a good history of horse racing, smal crops, light industry it had 3 pubs, but at last look only two, an RSL club, footy club. Stayed at one of the two motels in Town for the night and went out to test this country town main assets first was the RSL Club had two beers and moved on to the Beaudesert Hotel located in the middle of the street an art deco pub this was for me, the pub was busy in the public bar with a good menu and well set out with good staff, moved on to the Railway hotel pretty new pub with 2 people in it had a few here and head back to the Beaudesert Holtel for a few more before a feed.
All the food outlets offer good food the Railway Hotel best steaks in town, the Beaudesert Hotel most intesting menu and the RSL biggest portion serves. But wait their is the Bakery right accross the road from the RSL is good for coffee and breakfast before heading off for the drive home.
