Introduction:
Day 4 of our Kashmir Great Lakes trek was a more relaxed journey, covering just 8 km with clear skies and sunshine. ☀️ We started the day slowly, crossing a glacier, but had to take some risky shortcuts as mountain sheep blocked the main path! I even found myself surrounded by sheep for a while, which was such a fun experience. 🐑

We took multiple breaks to enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains around us. On the way, we saw Satsar Lakes 3 and 2, both full of crystal-clear water. We had to cross boulders between the lakes, adding a bit of adventure. After reaching our campsite, we explored the area and discovered Satsar Lake 1—an absolute gem of a spot! 💧 Before heading back, we stumbled upon a waterfall and took in the beauty of it all.

In the evening, we joined other climbers for some games, cooked dinner together, and ended the day with some much-needed rest. Another peaceful day in paradise! 🌲
