Tackle on Test - Free Spirit CTX Power Feeder Rod & Preston Intensity 720 Reel. Over the past few months, I realised that I needed to have some beefed up tackle to cope with the demands of fishing in large open expanses of water and powerful, deep rivers, so I did some research on the Internet and bought the following:

Free Spirit 12ft 2 Piece CTX Power Feeder Special
(Full disclosure - I already own the 13ft 3 piece version of this rod)
Preston Intensity 720 Reel

Today is the first time I used this kit and in this video, I will give you my unbiased opinion of how they performed. These tests are not yet definitive, so I will provide more information in the future as I use the equipment.
