Описание к видео Greater Anglia Class 321 Farewell Tour

Join me on the Farewell Railtour of Greater Anglia's Class 321 Electric Multiple Units.
This was hosted on Saturday 29th April, the same day as Southern's Class 313 Farewell Tour. The day consisted of 2x 4-car Class 321s in an 8-car formation (321307 + 321314), starting at 09:40 at London Liverpool Street and travelling all over the major parts of the Greater Anglia network (barring Braintree and Southminster) that the 321s will have covered in their time.

The working diagram, key timings are as follows:

09:40 - Depart London Liverpool Street
12:40 - Depart Clacton-on-Sea
13:29 - Depart Walton-on-The-Naze
14:46 - Depart Harwich Town
15:44 - Depart Stowmarket
18:05 - Depart Southend Victoria
18:57 - Arrive back into London Liverpool Street.

The diagram included other short stops and turnarounds at various locations such as Colchester, Thorpe-le-Soken, Witham and Ipswich, all key moments are included in this video with a detailed description on timings and locations.

I was grateful to have this as my very first Railtour and a way to pay homage to these fantastic units which have done the rounds since 1988. I share my personal memories with them when I travelled in 2011 with them as National Express East Anglia, First Capital Connect, Great Northern and London Midland too. Having seen them first in 2004 when they were Silverlink County on the West Coast Main Line.

Thank you to those who attended and if anyone recognises themselves in this video, please let me know :).
