The answer is universal drug susceptibility test or udst. trunaat, cbnaat & line probe assay i.e lpa is known as udst which is offered to every TB patient within 7 days from treatment initiation. Only rifampicin and isoniazid are looked for sensitive or not, if both are sensitive then drug sensitive tb treatment to be continued and the patient id prescribed as drug sensitive tb patient but if any of this drug is tested resistance, then treatment will begin after pre treatment evaluation and the patient is prescribed as drug resistance tb patient. .
