Digital voice modes without a Raspberry PI hotspot!

With just a couple of reasonably priced (and available!) parts, we can create a hotspot for Fusion/DMR/D-Star use with a digital radio. Access all talkgroups and reflectors. This will work with Mac/Win/Linux.
