Crispy Garlic Chive Dumplings (Guichai Tod) กุยฉ่ายไร้แแป้ง

1.Chinese (Garlic ) Chives 100- 200g ( Shredded)
Baking powder 1/8 tsp
Salt
Mix well and leave for 10-15 minutes, and squeeze water out.



2. Mix dry ingredients
1/4 cup of coconut flour
1/2 cup of fiber husk
1/2 -1 tsp Guarkernmehl or Xanthan Gum
Salt and Pepper ( Black and white)

3. Add 1-2 tsp of Tamari soy sauce and 1/2 sesame oil to Chinese (Garlic ) Chives mix well
4. Mix all ingredients together
5. Gently add 1 cup of water and mix well
6. Brush the form with oil before pour in the batter and flatten.
7. Steaming for 10-15 minutes
8. Let cool completery and cut into dice
9. Frying: Medium Heat until golden brown


Dipping Sauce
1 Tbsp Tamari soy sauce
1 tsp sweetener
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2-1 tsp lemon juice
Chilli
