Longevity Peach Jelly with Longan Flavour 寿桃果冻燕菜糕食谱龙眼味道

This Longevity Peach Jelly is inspired by the classic Longevity Peach Steamed Buns. Traditionally served on the birthdays of elderly individuals to symbolize longevity. Recently, it has become popular to make these steamed buns in the form of jelly.

Ingredients 材料：
Base jelly liquid 果冻液:
1 can longan 1罐龙眼罐头
700 ml (longan syrup + water, room temperature）700毫升 (室温, 水+龙眼汁)
50 grams caster sugar, adjust sweetness to taste 50克细砂糖， 自己调整甜度
5 grams agar-agar powder 5克燕菜粉
3 gram instant jelly powder 3克速溶果冻粉

Leaves 叶:
1 teaspoon pandan powder 1茶匙香兰粉
30ml/g hot water 30毫升/克热水
100ml/g base jelly liquid 100毫升/克 果冻液
15ml/g coconut milk (room temperature) 15毫升/克椰奶（室温）

Peach 桃:
85ml/g coconut milk (room temperature) 85毫升/克椰奶 （室温）
3 small pieces of dragon fruit 3块(小）火龙果

Colouring 颜色：
1 slice of dragon fruit 1片火龙果

Tools 工具:
Cotton bud 棉签
Utility knife 小刀
