A beautifully animated story of how Busy Izzy and her friends save their local animal shelter. When Busy Izzy found out that the animal shelter was closing down, due to high running costs. Izzy decided to make a bunch of her healthy and snaxalicious, crunchy munchy cookie snacks at Nix & Nax. Together with her helpful friends, they made hundreds of cookies and then went out the next day and sold all of them to the kind and generous neighbours at Green Grass Grove. Enough money was made to save the animals and the shelter.

Crunchy Munchy Cookies
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1Tbsp coconut Oil (Liquid form)
1 cup almond meal
I cup rolled oats
2 green apples peeled and grated (squeeze out the juice)
1/2 tsp baking soda
6 Tbsp organic maple syrup
1/3 cup of sultanas

Method
Set fan-forced oven to 160 degrees
Combine all ingredients into a bowl
Roll into balls and flatten or use your favourite cookie cutter - 1cm high
Bake for 18 Minutes until golden and crisp
Cool on rack
