R E C I P E
Ingredients

6 medjool dates, pitted
600g almond milk
150g porridge oats
1 pinch sea salt
50g desiccated coconut
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
Apple pieces, to serve
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, to serve

Method

Place the dates in the mixing bowl. Chop 3 Sec. / Speed 5. Add the almond milk, porridge oats, salt, desiccated coconut and vanilla bean paste and cook 12 Min. / 90C / Reverse Speed 1. If you like your porridge a little sweeter, simply drizzle over some agave nectar or coconut sugar. Serve straight away with some chopped apple pieces and a dusting of ground cinnamon. You can also prepare the porridge ahead and store in the fridge. Warm up the next day by adding another dash of milk so that the porridge can become creamy again and cook 4 Min. / 90C / Reverse Speed 1. It tastes really nice cold as well.
