Описание к видео PRO HOCKEY TRAINING: Face Offs

In this video, we talk about Face Offs.

When it comes to face offs, there's a lot of different ways players can address a draw. So taking draws either in the defensive zone, neutral zone or the offensive zone.

This video explains how to line your feet up, how and where to place your hands on your stick, and different tactics and techniques to win draws on your forehand and backhand. It also explains how to read your opponent to help you choose what techniques to use for each face off.

One of the biggest things that will make a player successful at the face-off dot is SPEED. The faster you can be at sweeping or scooping pucks, the more face-off wins you will see and give your team more possession of the puck.

Let us know in the comments below what technique you're going to add to your game first!
