This session will focus on coaching mixed level practices in adult and junior programs.

Understanding how to develop practice plans and run smooth practices, knowing how to balance training up new skaters with challenging experienced skaters, including both skills and strategy. We will discuss which types of drills are good for mixed levels working together and which are best-suited for separating out groups based on skill. Will also share how we work with experienced skaters to help them learn to articulate skill develop in supporting up-and-coming teammates. Will briefly touch on feedback, flow, and co-coaching as a part of the session.
