A typical day for me usually starts with our 8 a.m. Zoom meeting to set a goal for the day. We call it our win for the day. That meeting usually lasts about 15 minutes and helps us stay focused on prospecting and getting new business.

After the 8 a.m. meeting, I start my workday by prospecting and reaching out to buyers who have been looking online for homes. I usually do that between 8 a.m. and 11 or sometimes until 12, depending on how the day goes. 📞

Once I am done prospecting, I dive into inventory. I have current buyers who are actively looking for homes, so I search our database, the MLS, Facebook Marketplace, and Zillow to find anything that fits what they are looking for. 🏡

After that, usually from about 12 to 1:30, I start preparing for appointments. If I do not already have appointments scheduled, I follow up with the people I just reached out to and see if anything I sent needs an appointment that day or the following day. Most of the time, I already have something scheduled.

From there, I start appointments. For me, appointments usually run anywhere from about 2 to 6. Especially during the winter months, I try to be done showing homes by 6 o’clock. ⏳
