Second day in a row that it snowed in Calgary in April. In this video, I talk about how Northern property owners can increase the amount of water flowing onto their property by harvesting snow with edges. Edges can be trees, fences, buildings, shrubs and snow fences. No other place on earth can increase their water harvesting potential like we can. What is interesting about this is that once we harvest water we can grow more edges. When we grow more edges they capture more snow, more snow means more water which means more edge. And the cycle continues. This is what we call an upward spiral.
